If you just want to read user data but aren't on the Enterprise plan, you can generate a normal access token:
- Go to the Blink Admin panel > Applications > Manage Apps.
- Go to the Created apps tab and click Create App.
- Enter a name, and choose No authentication required
- Click Add token at the bottom of the page.
