About Calendly

Calendly is a scheduling app that simplifies meeting and appointment booking by allowing users to share their availability through a personalized calendar link. Recipients can then select an open time slot that works for them, eliminating the back-and-forth typically involved in scheduling.

Calendly integration with Trelica

Trelica's integration with Calendly lists your organization's users, including each user's role and pending invitations to new users.

The 'last login' value for a user is actually the 'last updated' attribute for the user in Calendly. When you login, Calendly sets this value to the date and time of login.

An admin modifying a user will also cause this date to be modified, so bear this in mind. In terms of identifying low usage though, this approach has more benefits than downsides.
