A note about license assignment
Licences in Jetbrains are assigned based on an email address: Jetbrains itself doesn't require users to be explicitly created. However Trelica can't assign a license to a user unless there's a corresponding user entry against the Jetbrains app in Trelica. The Manage Users workflow action can be used to do this before assigning a license.
