ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud) integration with Trelica

This is for the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus. There is a separate integration if you use an on-premise installed version of the service.

The integration supports user management (for both users and technicians), as well as request creation, and asset data retrieval.

  • Assets: Syncs data regarding physical assets such as asset details, status, ownership, warranty information, and location.
  • Tasks: Two-way synchronizes tasks in Trelica with tasks/tickets, allowing Trelica to create, update, assign, and track tasks within the integrated app.
  • User Activity: Returns user activity in the app, spanning logins and app-specific metrics, augmenting the basic authentication data gathered from Identity Providers.
  • User Roles: Returns user role assignments in the integrated app to ensure proper access and permissions.
  • Users: Syncs user data, including account status, type, and IDs, augmenting the core user data available from Identity Providers.
