Contact your TriNet account manager to get API credentials and your company ID.

New Hires (non–exempt employees) will be available in TriNet's API at 12:00 am CST on their date of hire. 

Customers who have exempt employees have an option to add an early hire date in TriNet. This will allow the exempt new hires to be published to the TriNet API prior to their hire date (i.e., they will be available at midnight on their early access date).

Employees will not reflect as terminated until their final check has been processed.
